One God exists as the Creator and Ruler of the entire universe. This divine being has made Himself known as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit through various scripture references (Genesis 1:1,26; Psalm 90:2; Mathew 28:19).
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, possesses both divinity and humanity. Throughout His life, He maintained a flawless character and willingly sacrificed Himself as an immaculate offering on the cross to atone for the sins of humanity. After three days, He triumphantly rose from death, showcasing His authority over sin and the grave. Subsequently, He ascended to the celestial realms, where He now enjoys heavenly glory. However, it is prophesied that He will eventually return to earth, assuming the roles of the King of kings and the Lord of lords (Matthew 1:23; John 1:1-5; Hebrews 4:14-15; I Corinthians 15:3-4; I Timothy 6:14-15; Acts 1:9-11).
The presence of the Holy Spirit in the world serves the purpose of bringing awareness to people about their need for Jesus Christ. Additionally, the Holy Spirit resides within each individual who has accepted salvation, providing them with strength for daily living, comprehension of spiritual truths, and guidance towards righteous actions. As followers of Christ, it is our aim to yield to the control of the Holy Spirit on a daily basis and be filled with His presence and power. We firmly believe that the gifts bestowed by the Holy Spirit are accessible to believers today (I Corinthians 3:16; John 16:7-13; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25; I Corinthians 12).
God’s Word, the Bible, was written by human authors who were divinely guided by the Holy Spirit thousands of years ago. Despite its age, it remains relevant and serves as the ultimate source of truth for Christians. As it is inspired by God, it is free from any error. The Old Testament provides the sacred history that paves the way for the coming Messiah and Savior. Meanwhile, the New Testament completes the narrative by revealing God’s plan for salvation, and currently serves as a manual for Christian living and worship. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:89,105,160)
Humans are crafted to resemble the spiritual essence of God and hold the highest value in His creation. Unfortunately, we are plagued by a rebellious mindset that drives a wedge between us and our Creator. This estrangement is commonly referred to as sin (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1-2).
Salvation is a gift freely given to us by God, and He invites us to accept it. Our sins cannot be atoned for through self-improvement or good deeds. It is only through placing our trust in Jesus Christ and accepting God's offer of forgiveness that we can be saved from the consequences of our sins. When we turn away from our own self-centered lives and have faith in Jesus, we are saved. The Bible teaches us that those who are saved receive new blessings from the Lord every day and are protected by His power for eternal life. Eternal life begins the moment we welcome Jesus Christ into our lives and commit to following Him as our Savior and Lord (Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 14:6; Titus 3:5; I Peter 1:5).
Humans were designed to live indefinitely. We have the choice to spend eternity being apart from God due to our wrongdoing or being united with God through His forgiveness and salvation. The state of being permanently disconnected from God is described as hell, while being forever bound with Him is known as eternal life. It is crucial to recognize that heaven and hell are actual realms of never-ending coexistence, as stated in John 3:16; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:17-18; Revelation 20:15.
At the core of our beliefs lies the understanding that worship holds an immense potential to establish a profound connection with God and encounter His divine presence within our existence. With this principle in mind, our worship services are thoughtfully crafted to guide individuals towards a deeper understanding of Christ's teachings.
